Usually, I wait until a month before Christmas to do a post on something festive related that I have worked on. But as I’ve designed a trio of books this year, I want to shamelessly share it earlier. I art directed two beautiful and glittery titles perfect for snuggling into a cosy sofa on a wintry cold day:
Christmas at Mistletoe Cottage by Lucy Daniels. Illustrated by the lovely Sara Mulvanny. This is the second book in the Hope Meadows series that follows on from Summer at Hope Meadows.
Pride and Prejudice and Mistletoe by Melissa De La Cruz. Gorgeous illustration by Robyn Neild. This is a modern retelling of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice with the main characters genders swapped over.
On the contrary, I have art directed the cover for Ghosts of the Christmas Past. Illustrated by the brilliant Darren Hopes. This is a collection of chilling short stories from authors such as Neil Gaiman.
…And there is only 52 days left to Christmas!
