Harmless Like You Featured in Elle

Elle Canada has featured an interview with Rowan Hisayo Buchanan as the hot debut author for their fall round up. This coincides with the novel publishing in Canada in October, and Rowan’s tour of four Canadian festivals.

‘A stunning debut that would make a writer four times her years proud…moving.’

Bookshop in August 2016

My various book cover designs are out and about on patterned bookshop shelves. I spotted my Moonstone HB cover at Waterstones Tottenham Court Road in prime position.

Moonstone was also displayed at Daunt Books by the entrance book shelves.

It was in good company with my Harmless Like You HB cover not too far away.

And this beauty of a cover, When the Floods Came PB edition was out on the table display.

Rowan Hisayo Buchanan Reads Harmless Like You!

We were lucky enough to have Rowan Hisayo Buchanan come to read Harmless Like You in the office a few weeks ago.

Plus an added bonus to this, there was a Q&A session with the editor Francine Toon too. It was really interesting to get a further insight into the characters and themes. Also it reminded me just how much I LOVED reading this amazing book all over again!

It was lovely to have a chat with Rowan and she also signed a copy of my proof.
